Many years ago, a man suffering from mysterious symptoms was brought to this hospital. It soon became clear that these were not mental health problems at all, but… a deadly virus.

A mind-controlling bacteria swept through the hospital, turning patients and staff alike into terrifying figures from a horror story.

Even the brightest scientists failed to stop it. In desperation, the authorities chose to isolate the hospital completely, hoping to contain the nightmare within.

But some of the infected survived! Hidden away behind nine locks, the “mutants” within the grounds of the former psychiatric hospital created their own alternative world. A world ruled by darkness, soaked in blood, littered with bones and body parts wherever you look. A world where hangmen, cannibals, and zombie-like creatures no longer shock the locals—only the outsiders who dare to enter.
